Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines what is and is not refundable across our services, digital offerings, and physical products.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our work—intellectual property, digital downloads, coaching, and live sessions—we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in limited cases outlined below.

We ask that you read all product descriptions, terms, and FAQs carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions prior to buying, email us at orders@thewandamarie.com.

2. Digital Products + Downloads

All sales of eBooks, templates, masterclasses, digital courses, and downloadable resources are non-refundable and non-transferable. These items provide instant access and are considered delivered upon purchase.

We do not offer refunds due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Inability to implement the content

  • Lack of results (results are based on individual application)

3. Coaching, Strategy Sessions, and Programs

1:1 Sessions and Intensives

Once a strategy session or consultation is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable. You may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited.

Coaching Programs / Group Sessions

All coaching programs—whether paid in full or via payment plan—are non-refundable once the program begins. If you choose to withdraw early, you are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

We honor commitment, not convenience. Coaching is a co-laboring process. We show up fully—and expect you to do the same.

4. Physical Products (Books, Journals, Merchandise)

All physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of preference

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

We will replace items that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Are misprinted

  • Are incorrect due to our error

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and your order number: orders@thewandamarie.com

5. Payment Plans + Subscriptions

If you are on a payment plan or recurring subscription, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to programs or services.

All subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but previous charges are not refundable.

6. Exceptional Grace Cases

We understand that life happens. If you believe your situation warrants a unique exception, you may email connect@thewandamarie.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Name]”. Requests will be prayerfully and professionally reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund at our sole discretion.

7. Integrity Statement
