At The Wanda Marie, we deliver every order with care, accuracy, and integrity. Whether you're investing in tools for vision, journals for strategy, or merch that declares your Kingdom identity—we want your experience to be seamless from click to doorstep.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your purchase is confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please note: During product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your grace and understanding.

2. Shipping Methods + Timeframes

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or natural disruptions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select items or order thresholds—be sure to subscribe to our list to be notified when they’re available.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package status through the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact our team at orders@thewandamarie.com.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs delays for international orders.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. Email us promptly at orders@thewandamarie.com with your order number and concern.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work and the intimacy of purpose-driven products, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

7. International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping costs.
